Joining a Zoom Meeting - MSU host vs. non-MSU host

To join a zoom meeting from an external host (non-MSU invitation) you may not be able to connect by opening the link in the email.  If this happens:

You have to open Zoom, Join a Meeting and then enter the meeting ID manually.
 If try to use the link in the email, you will get the following error message:
If you receive an invite from an MSU person, then you can use the link in the email to join the meeting.
