If you feel you are not seeing the latest updates and improvements to any FIS tool, you may need to clear your internet cache or browsing history.
FOR INTERNET EXPLORER
Make sure you are in an IE window and hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard. When the window comes up, un-check the first box, check the next three boxes, and click ‘Delete’.
FOR GOOGLE CHROME
Make sure you are in a Chrome window and hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard. When the window comes up, check the first four boxes and click ‘Clear browsing data’.
