Clearing Browser Cache to see latest updates and improvements

If you feel you are not seeing the latest updates and improvements to any FIS tool, you may need to clear your internet cache or browsing history.
 
 FOR INTERNET EXPLORER
 
Make sure you are in an IE window and hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard.  When the window comes up, un-check the first box, check the next three boxes, and click ‘Delete’.
 
 
 
 
 FOR GOOGLE CHROME
 
Make sure you are in a Chrome window and hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard.  When the window comes up, check the first four boxes and click ‘Clear browsing data’.
 
 
If you are unsure whether or not you are seeing the newest version or are experiencing any technical issues, please contact FIS Support at 3-3434, send us an email at fissupport@ipf.msu.edu or start a ticket in our support portal.

The above procedure may apply to other FIS provided applications such as the Facilities Information Tool (FIT). If you are having problems getting FIT to load, please try the above procedure.
