Meridian - Meridian won't work on my laptop

To work in the Meridian desktop client, users have to be using their desktop computers.  To access and use Meridian on a laptop, whether it is a docked station or direct connect laptop, the user will have to:

1.  Connect to a VPN
    a. Use the BIG-IP Edge (F5) VPN to connect.

2.  Use Remote Desktop Connection to access your desktop computer.  Type the name of your computer (IPF-XXX-D-XXX) at work.

If you have never used remote desktop connection before, submit a ticket to IT Services to make sure you:

  1. Request permission to access your desktop computer remotely using remote desktop connection
  2. Request that your computer does not go to sleep or you have a way to wake it up when you are not in your office.
