Docked Station - Meridian won't work

Meridian
If a user has a docked station and cannot open Meridian, follow these steps:
 
  1. If user is at their desk, make sure the docked station is plugged in completely and correctly.
  2. If user is away from their desk and trying to access Meridian, they have to use Pulse Secure to connect to the IPF network, then remote into the IPF VPN on their laptop before opening Meridian. 
            If user tries to open Meridian before connecting to the IPF VPN, Meridian will not work.
