Meridian - Docked Station - Meridian won't work

If a user has a docked station and cannot open Meridian, follow these steps:

  1. If user is at their desk, make sure the docked station is plugged in completely and correctly.
  2. If user is away from their desk and trying to access Meridian, they have to connect to the BIG-IP Edge (F5) VPN or IPF VPN, then remote into their desktop from their laptop before opening Meridian. 
            If user tries to open Meridian before connecting to the IPF VPN or Big IP F5 VPN, Meridian will not work.
