If you have successfully enrolled in the password reset server but are denied access from FIT when using your new credentials, this most likely means you are a non-IPF employee. Your domain will most likely be something other than IPF when trying to log into Meridian Explorer (where the drawings, floor plans, documents, etc. are stored).
Please try the following solution:
When the login dialog box appears, select the ‘use other account’ option
leave the domain as is, then type your username with 'pplant\' at the beginning:
