Facility Information Services launches new support portal!
FIS, a department of Engineering and Architectural Services, recently launched a new support system aimed at finding assistance for it's various information systems much easier.
The new system features the following
- Tickets - Users can initiate tickets to get help from FIS staff
- Live Chat - Users visiting the support portal can connect directly to support agents who can help them out
- Knowledge Base and News - Users can search the knowledge base for resolutions and find news about upcoming updates, enhancements, downtimes etc.
- Information Requests - Users can submit requests for information.
