If you feel you are not seeing the latest updates and improvements to any FIS tool or web based application, you may need to clear your internet cache or browsing history.FOR GOOGLE CHROME
Make sure you are in a Chrome window and hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard. When the window comes up, go to the Advanced tab and check the first four boxes and click ‘Clear data’.
FOR MICROSOFT EDGE
Make sure you are in a Edge window and hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard. When the window comes up, make sure the four boxes are checked and click ‘Clear data’.
