UPDATE: The systems have been upgraded to the newer versions as of August 27th, 2024.

Beginning the week of July 22, 2024 and lasting through August 27th 2024, IPF IT, FIS and SDM will be conducting our annual upgrade of the AutoCAD, Meridian and Munsys software systems. These three systems need to be upgraded in tandem because they are connected functionally.

Users can subscribe to various distribution lists to get updates when attributes are added or modified in the following Planon modules or when FIS updates building and floor plan information. These distribution lists will be replacing the RSS feeds and group emails users used to receive for these types of updates. A new version of the Facilities Information Tool (FIT) is being deployed officially on Monday July 24th, 2023. The way you get to the information may look a little different and the user experience may feel different in some aspects, but the underlying functionality of what FIT provides the users is the same as before. The newest Meridian Document Type, called Operations Documents, is now available to search against using the 'Search Meridian' function in AppTree for users that have mobile Meridian permissions (currently all IPF Building Services staff).

The FIS support portal is happy to announce we now have a ticket type that allows users to submit corrections or information for any Facility, Asset, or Infrastructure data we are maintaining in one of our systems. Please submit a ticket and let us know when you find corrections that need to be made, such as mislabeled information, typos, mis filed documents, missing information, etc.
