Default viewing of TIF files with IrfanView

To change your default TIF viewer, please follow these steps one time.

  1. Find a TIF file on your computer (you may have to drag one out of Meridian onto your desktop)
  2. Right-Click on it and select 'Properties'.
  3. Click on 'Change' in the Opens With section.
  4. Select IrfanView
  5. Make sure the box for 'always using the selected program to open this kind of file' is checked.
  6. Click 'OK'
  7. Click 'Apply'
  8. Click 'OK'
