Meridian - Only seeing Operational Vault

Meridian Document Management System > Desktop Client > Access Denied/trouble opening Meridian
  • If you are only seeing the operational vault, your computer is connected to the test server and not the production server.

  • In the Server field: select from the drop down or copy and paste:
  IPF-MSPROD01.CAMPUSAD.MSU.EDU
  • Then hit enter on your keyboard
  • Now you will have the vaults available to select.
If this doesn't work:
  • Click Browse
  • In the Enter the object name to select (examples): box, copy and paste:
 IPF-MSPROD01.CAMPUSAD.MSU.EDU

  • Click Check Names
  • Click OK
  • Now you will have the vaults available to select.
