Manual steps to update Software Center list.

Open Control Panel
Change View by option to: Large (or small) icons
Open Configuration Manager
Change tabs to Actions
Click on Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle, then click Run Now
Click OK on the pop-up
Open Software Center and wait for it to refresh
