If your Meridian Viewer is not working correctly, here are some things to know:
  • The built in view will not display Microsoft files of any kind.  You will have to double-click and open them to view.
  • AutoCAD files should open with the built in viewer - this is helpful for users that do not have AutoCAD installed.
  • For PDF files to open, users will have to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed AND working on their machine.  This is for opening any PDf files in the Meridian viewer for any type of default PDF viewer application (Adobe or Foxit).
If the viewer is not working for any type of file, you may need to repair your Meridian instance.
