If the user encounters this error, it can be fixed without administrative permissions. Here are the steps:
- Locate the users DLL files (AcadUtil.dll and FiberAppDotNet.dll), located in the C:\Program Files\Munsys\MunAppsXX.X location
- Identify whether the DLLs are blocked by right clicking on the file and opening the properties
- The red arrow indicates the file is blocked; selecting the Unblock button (green arrow) will allow the file to work
It may not be necessary, but it would be good practice to close and reopen Munsys after applying this change.
